2. Fox Under The Moon: Seasons of Comfort and Hope

Not gonna lie, this got me to tear up. A lovely series of hopeful and uplifting messages I really needed at the moment along with plenty of beautiful illustrations.

Sam has that type of friend energy I always strive for.

Seriously though, I love this scene. I think something Tolkien excelled at and Peter Jackson understood was that delicate balance between being silly and being heartfelt. It’s what makes Sam both one of the best characters and extremely meme-able.

I want a cut of the movie where he repeats this scene every step.
