Today P1 learnt how to write and build sums. They took it a step further by interlinking their phonics knowledge and CVC writing skills and incorporating their new sound ‘u’ into their work!

Lesson 2 of my HWB sequence encourages children to draw their carer/safe adult and share what this adult does that makes them feel cared for! E&O: I know there are people in our lives who care for us and look after us and I am aware that people may be cared for by parents, carers or other adults.
