Before I struggled with doing a handful of things in 3 minutes now I'm doing all sorts of things *twice* just to keep up the 3 minute mark.

Honestly kinda blows.

Something I never got to realise until now is that as you get more and more fit you have to do more and more exercises to keep up.

Sure its obvious anyone can see it but Ive never been this active before.
