Christian teacher loses dismissal case over trans pupil row - BBC News The teacher took Nottinghamshire County Council to a tribunal claiming unfair dismissal.

The bigots are claiming this is a free speech issue, and it isn’t.

The teacher lost the case because they inappropriately accessed data multiple times and breached both school policy on access and the DPA18. Clear grounds for misconduct.
