i hire a lot of artists who dont have game dev backgrounds because i believe in their ability to properly execute my vision. it is important to be able to train and mold your talent in the way that is best fit for your project and to be able to do that, you have to have the team structure 2 support.

I was 1/5 into writing this & thought, yeah I need to incorporate more rigorous Black political consciousness in my analytical work going forward.
