Do not miss the Aran Islands! Visit Inis Mór or Inis Oírr. Day trip is doable but staying overnight the locals bring out their instruments and you will enjoy a trad session!

The Skylon hotel on the northside of the city centre is a very sort bus to the centre and is reasonably priced for a four star hotel and how close it is to the centre. I often stay there if going to Dublin.

I'm using my sit-to-stand desk for the first time today, and it's a game changer! When my shoulder pain increases, I stand. When my feet get a little sore, I sit! The changes are stopping the pains from progressing!

Not used to having medications removed from my prescription 🤣 My GP was a happy bunny too! She said it's always a good day when they get to pass on good results and/or take something off prescription!

That's fantastic news! I got my blood results, etc, on Friday, 5.5 months post op now, and my prediabetes is reversed! Never thought I would see the day!

We had so much fun yesterday with Magic Days crèche and DCU School of Psychology! 🐘📚
The kids listened to Elmer the Elephant, explored feelings, and decorated their own colourful Elmers.
