na semana antes da votação do PL do streaming na camara o youtube conseguiu emplacar uma emenda absurda sobre criação de conteúdo numa tentativa velada de legislar sobre a nossa profissão dentro de um PL sobre outra coisa. tem uma disputa imensa sendo ignorada por figuras proeminentes do nosso campo

o que essa aquisição da warner pela netflix consolida pra mim é algo que eu e muitos outros profissionais da área temos repetido há um bom tempo: streaming não é e não deveria ser tratado como algo separado de tv. o brasil é o único país que tá regulando dessa forma e vamos pagar o preço por isso.
