I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to standard, but I just feel like that Kaito probably needed the hammer too. Most of the analysis I've seen is that most people think dimir might dominate the format now. That does not "excite" me in any way since I loathe Kaito.

This is kind of the problem of having a three year rotation with over 20+ sets. How can you test everything with the release schedule like it is.

FYI. Love this list. The thing that really needs to happen to "save" standard is to make it smaller. 20+ sets in standard just isn't good and causes this problem. If we are going to see 6/7 sets a year, three years of a set being legal is way too long.

Kaito was a mistake. That card just makes me irrationally angry every time I see it across from me.

Talked about it on stream yesterday but I got a chance to play Riftbound and it was a hell of a lot of fun. I can't to play more of this game. Prices of boosties need to come down in price though. Can't do it and Magic if I want to have a house.

It's such a good series

So can I tell you that bloodbending was one of the things from this IP that truly made me cringe. The series really got it right to make this an evil bit of bending. The flavor on this card is PERFECT. no notes. Ew

I'm actually genuinely so happy for so many of my friends being ambassadors for this set. Maybe someday I will get enough equity for a set
