Core memory: In-person class archives field trip, Librarian pulled 30 boxes from off-site storage for us. That & seeing these boarding school books had me emotional, THEN a student saw her grandparents in a yearbook. Tears, yall! For all my students, this was their 1st time in the archives. 🥹
