It’s about 160 million in 24 hours at peak. It’s a few dozen in a few minutes at a polling place. This not strenuous for a computer.

There are entries for employees with AGYSUB = DD82 in the OPM FedScope Employment file for March 2024, which DOGE credits as their source. DD82 is National Reconnaissance Office according to documentation. The OPM FedScope files are posted by OPM.
