Indie comics ain't easy. Working very hard to make something as well as you possibly can that you know only a few people outside of yourself care about can be quite lonely, and often feels almost like a folly.

Please let indie creators know you enjoy their work, it really helps.

I agree, it would make my dropping-in feel a lot less awkward if they integrated that.

As an airport employee, I get to see all my AC friends leaving again. Combine this with getting called in on an explicit PTO day off, finding myself locked out of the IT system, and is it normal to break down crying in the bathroom?

I meant that as a joke, but I think I'm serious. Like, it's not even about the Switch 2 - friends I trusted went hard against something for months, and then they bought it Day One anyway.
As melodramatic as it sounds...I feel betrayed, lied to. That's what it really comes down to.

I feel very alone lately.
Even at work, interacting with customers and co-workers, I feel alone.
Even when gathered with friends and acquaintances for a good time, I feel alone.

Given peoples' attitudes toward Nintendo since April, the Switch 2 launch has had some massive "'Boycott Modern Warfare 2' Steam group" vibes.
