Itβs like I no longer feel my life is this Sisyphean task.
Itβs incredible how much more in control I feel about my impulses regarding food intake.
My overal quality of life has improved a lot and I still got ways to go. What started out as a year of intense lows ended up as something that made me realize how strong I am as a person.
