This is a good strategic move for their brand and hopefully causes a ripple effect on stores losing money. Costco is a leader in retail for many good reasons.

Suing Tramp (not a typo) is one.

This is why I shamelessly went to Costco on Black Friday to pick up a specialty item. They are DEI supporters and pay their employees well.
