On International Women’s Day, I’m grateful for the strong women who shaped my life.

I was raised by strong women. I’ve had the privilege of raising strong women. And every day, I’m inspired to work alongside so many incredible women serving the people of Maryland.

We need changemakers like these as federal protections face uncertainty and Maryland works to strengthen mental health parity and protect access to care.

Together, we can do more to prevent suicide and support every Marylander.
