When I was working on ChipWizard™ Professional in Last Call BBS, I made that the metric because that's what made sense for integrated circuits. As I tested those puzzles, I realized I really liked it; even if a puzzle requires a minimum set of tools, you can still noodle on how to pack them in.

David's story resonated so deeply with my own and I'm glad I got to be a part of bringing it to other languages, especially Japanese. Our team worked particularly hard to make sure the dialogue was period-accurate. Go play it!
I'm trying to make as many solitaire games as possible so that we can get a new collection going, just give me a few years!

What's revealed when you scratch off a game card in the Zach Attack! Scratch 'n Solve Puzzle Pack? I would say "clues for strategizing and logical deduction" but the marketing people assure me that "fun!" is the correct answer.

Most scratch-off games (Scratchees, Nintendo Game Packs) are just games of chance, as the only action a player can take is to scratch off part of the card. I ended up adding elements from logic puzzles to create something like "minesweeper with resources", with genre variations between the games.

This is the first demo that I have made for one of our games since... 2011? I've been operating under the assumption that Bulletstorm killed the PC game demo, but apparently that's not true anymore.
No, we couldn't think of anything compelling enough for this game. Even Last Call BBS was kind of a fluke, we mostly just focused on the games with manuals in the past.
