12.09.2025 09:02 — 👍 2 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0What makes our lesson plans different? Not all PSHE lesson plans are created equal. Here's what sets us apart:
Enhanced by experts. Backed by evidence. Before putting pen to paper, our Subject Specialists research lesson topics thoroughly and work with relevant experts to scope the content. This is especially important for sensitive topics, including those relating to relationships and sex education or mental health, where inaccurate, poorly researched or poorly pitched lessons have the potential to do more harm than good.
Pupil-centred and teacher-friendly design We work with an expert design agency to ensure our resources are engaging, accessible, and representative of different types of bodies, ethnicities and backgrounds. We also pilot our materials in real classrooms around the country to get feedback on how they work in practice. [Animation of six cartoon characters, starting with an alien, then a child in a wheelchair, then a girl wearing a hijab, and then 3 older taller young people]
What to expect when you open any of our lesson packs: - Comprehensive teacher guidance - Interactive, classroom-ready PowerPoints - PDF versions of the lesson plans - Accompanying pupil resources - Optional 'support' and 'challenge' activities to help adapt the learning as required [Images of extracts from PSHE Association lesson plans]
If it’s PSHE education lesson plans you’re after, we’ve got you covered. From working with leading experts, to testing the lesson plans in real classrooms - we don’t put our name to anything that doesn’t meet our rigorous standards 👇
