The Immunity decision didn't stop the prosecution efforts, but it complicated their investigative efforts by having to sort through "Official Acts" and "Unofficial Acts." It's official. Trump would have been prosecuted and convicted if he hadn't won. /2

As a grad student with sharp reading skills, I read most of the Jack Smith report. He gives no F*cks. He takes shots at this corrupt SCOTUS and lays blame where it belongs—w/ Felon Trump + his constant delay + pressure tactics, and the rotten S. Court that gave him cover w/ the Immunity decision. /1
