Very thankful I don’t have many client meetings today, because it is COLD and I’m very dedicated to living in this duvet.

Not to be devil’s advocate but… I’ll always advocate for more cheese 😂 I have a recipe somewhere for a smoked mac and cheese with a bacon panko topping. After cooking the bacon you put it in the food processor so it pretty broken down, and the bacon fat really attracts the smoke. It’s amazing.

Depending on what you’re grilling, you’re probably getting some great protein which helps with those muscle gains, right? So, really, it’s just winning all around!

I’d just like to say, as an I-O practitioner with limited access to research databases since leaving grad school… I really appreciate all you academics who readily share your book chapters and articles with me. You’re the best!

As a workforce consultant in the federal space, I think it’s really interesting to see the DOGE propose cutting telework and the agencies saying “but it’s improved retention!” Yeah, bud…for the first time ever, retention isn’t a goal here. This will have some wild impacts in the coming years.

Feels so weird to be back on Twitter-type social media… I’m gonna have to work on rebuilding my perfectly crafted I-O psych, milspouse, polo sci, gov’t consulting feed that was tanked on X. Thankfully lots of folks have made the jump over here!
