It’s not IMPOSSIBLE to get staff somewhere, it’s just not the usual. If you crave career stability this is def not the career for you. But if you’re a chaotic gremlin like us and don’t mind hustling and jumping around then you will thrive! It’s exciting and rewarding but it’s not for the weak!

Things they don’t tell you about working in animation (if you’re thinking about it) :
We work project to project. Meaning you don’t just get a job at a studio and stay there and retire. We work anywhere from 2 weeks- 2 years MAX on a project then get laid off. You will get laid off 100 times.
