NYS taxes more but FUNDS snow removal for the average snows and adjusts each year. Elsewhere people aren't paying the taxes & both snow removal and road maintenance sucks. Maintenance NEEDS to be a funded budget.

I don't know why I was sent the survey, but I was sent a survey early on to indicate who of almost one hundred politicians I found acceptable as a Republican presidental candidate. So so many and only 5 weren't dumpster fires.
