The Holiday season is here! Hopefully a time of relaxation ad re-connection with family & community. It can also be a hard time too so remember:

Indulge but know your limits! Over-doing it only leads to regrets

Give your time and love to people who deserve it, not those who demand it. Found family is just as valuable as those you were born to.

If you are feeling sad and alone, know there are so many people out there who feel the same way. Go against those self isolating thoughts and reach out!
