An intersecting problem I have is most big AoNZ publishers don't want adult science fiction and fantasy.
Trans AoNZ SFF authors mostly have no choice but to self-publish, go indie, or go overseas.
In this increasingly hostile moment, our options are becoming even more limited.

Yes, I’ve noticed this too! NZ could def use more SFF publishers. While that’s not my sole focus, I’m definitely open to publishing some of that work
