Nice. The Dragon's Dogma Online Revival now has a proper site! Also an update today added higher-refresh support (up to 100fps) to the game, which should make it feel significantly slicker.
A genuinely great action RPG (not really an MMO, but co-op optional) given a second chance beyond capitalism.
OK, here we go! This is my take on Resident Evil: Requiem: 2100+ words on excellent battles, polished graphics, hollow, empty storytelling, a, um, game even more terrified of the unknown than its new lead character, and an aching, ruinous need for nostalgia:

This is not the first patch to employ MTPE as a shortcut, but it is particularly tone deaf to deploy in this climate for a game about the people who made Sega what it is.

The character designer of this game was Hiro Suzuhira, the artist of the famous gothic angel girl, just me or do they look similar?
For #OSThursday... It's got to be Rave Racer this week! There's 12 tracks to select from by Shinji Hosoe, Takayuki Aihara, Nobuyoshi Sano and Ayako Saso, so picking just one is tough, they're all excellent! Nobuyoshi Sano's EXH* Notes is my personal favourite though~

So who is the mystery Rave Racer girl?
Well, Namco never named her. They continue to say as much in the rereleases of the PSP Ridge Racers. However, fans in 1995 called her Rave Reiko (tentative) / ใฌใคใใฌใคๅญ(ไปฎ), which is the name Gamest used when she placed 20th in their '95 Best Character Awards
