I'd never heard of it before I started getting recommended posts from this subreddit. I don't see it in the supermarket. I'd have to go out of my way to order it -- and the only reason I'd do so would be because of the sheer volume of posts and comments about it from this subreddit. Is it sunk cost? Did you buy the cheese, and now you have to wait 10 years to enjoy it, and so you have to tell everyone about it because it's more about the investment than the actual cheese? I've had good cheese. I don't come on this subreddit to promote that good cheese endlessly.
