The Bengals have cleared former OSU center Seth McLaughlin to practice. McLaughlin tore his Achilles tendon last November before the Indiana game. He expected to be ready for training camp and now is. McLaughlin would have been drafted if not for the injury.

I'm seeing reports Seth McLaughlin will sign as a free agent with the Bengals. That seems like a very good fit for both sides. McLaughlin surely would have been drafted if not for his Achilles injury. He said he'll be fully healthy by training camp.

Ohio State finished with 14 players drafted, tying the school record set in 2016, and falling one short of Georgia's tally in 2022. The only surprise for OSU was that center Seth McLaughlin went undrafted, but he was a wild card because of his Achilles injury.

Will Howard goes a little later than expected, but I'm sure he's thrilled to go to the Steelers and stay teammates with Jack Sawyer. Howard grew up an Eagles fan in Downingtown, which is in eastern Pa.

OSU cornerback Denzel Burke is going back home. The Arizona native goes to the Cardinals in the fifth round.

Jordan Hancock goes to Buffalo. Another underrated and versatile player on OSU's championship defense.

Finally, they said a word. "Ty Hamilton from Ohio State." And then it was on to the next guy. In a way, fitting. Hamilton never got nor sought the attention he deserved as a Buckeye.
