Totally understandable. Sometimes I’ll just stand outside my door and get a few deep breaths in, at night it’s nice to just look up and see the sky. I hope things get a little easier for you.

I started running last week.

Just around my neighborhood, just 1 mile. But each time I’m getting better! And soon, I’ll go farther. Last week it was a 15’10” minute mile. Then 15’02”. Then yesterday 14’43”. Today 12’41”! Small wins! 🫶
