In 2024, Music Venue Trust fought hard against inappropriate planning applications threatening grassroots music venues (GMVs) — and won 97.6% of the time.

Last week, we unveiled the 2024 Music Venue Trust report in Parliament, and have been overwhelmed by response so far. To everyone who joined us — MPs, industry leaders, venue reps, artists, and supporters — thank you for showing up and showing your passion for live music.

Massive congratulations to my friend Steve Lamacq on his hugely deserved New Year’s Honour. He’s always been Sir Steve in our house.
