Happy Holy Week to those who celebrate

This is a map of recorded combined sewer overflow (CSO) events from Wednesday's record-breaking rainfall. The fact that there was only a single CSO event is pretty remarkable when some areas were seeing well over 2" of rain.

It’d be great to boost development and densities in these areas but so many of them are far from the ‘L’ network. If only there were some easy way to provide fast and frequent rail transit to these parts of the city, perhaps by constructing some sort of underground conduit to tie them together

The Polish Highlander Home is styled as a Carpathian chalet in the traditional Zakopane Style of Architecture. Located at 4808 S. Archer Avenue in Chicago, the structure underwent renovation under the eye of famed artist Jerzy Kenar in 2005.
