One often missing part of the equation is the team. Company culture doesn't simply transfer from the company to the individual. Instead, company culture must influence team culture because the team is the most important organizational unit for most of the employees. P.S. I'm a dyslexic introvert.

Organizational decision-makers must choose between a diverse, people-centered culture and a culture that ignores diversity. Historically, C-level and cross-company managers responsible for defining the company's vision choose the latter, ignoring that employees are individuals.
