- More acute onset, more systemic, more PMR-like, larger jts
- Higher IL-6, lower TNF-a, less RF, high ESR
-Co-morbidities, polypharmacy, cognition, depression
Age does not equal frailty, but does correlate

- AI cannot replace human interaction, examination, procedures, interpreting guidelines for an individual, providing empathy, and facilitate good patient education

Care Models to Improve Pain and Reduce Opioids Among Patients Prescribed Long-Term Opioid Therapy This randomized clinical trial compares the effectiveness of an integrated pain team vs pharmacist collaborative management on pain and opioid dosage.

Both an integrated pain team and pharmacist collaborative management resulted in similar small improvements in pain and substantial reductions in opioid dosage among chronic pain patients on long-term opioid therapy. ja.ma/3VttRDz @jama.com
