Found a bike! It’s a used Schwinn hybrid bike, but I got it for about 200 bucks so I’m not arguing. Got a helmet and bike lock, too.

And the whining! They whine like babies all the time. Always complaining about something. Just big bully behavior. Everyone is truly 12s

I’ve been buying lots of steamfresh veggies and having those for dinner every night with something like chicken breast. Been doing this for about two weeks now. Honestly feels great. I need to stick to this. Haven’t had any non-natural sugar in weeks!

Gonna visit some nearby bike shops tomorrow. Hopefully I can find a good bike that’s a reasonable price. I would like to cycle as part of my exercising.

My day so far:

One thing that sucks about eating healthy is just how *expensive* fresh fruits and veggies are. We try to keep our house stocked but it can be pricey. That said, I’d like to celebrate two weeks without any fast food!

I do not care how long I’ve known you, I don’t care if we’ve been following each other for a long time. The moment I get a whiff of you acting like a bitch on one of my posts trying to pick a fight, it’s an instant block. Don’t fuck with me, I have zero tolerance.

I don’t have the fucking time or patience to deal with people looking for their drama fix. Go over to X, I’m sure they’ll appreciate arguing with you and tossing slurs around like the assholes they are. But I’m not here to argue. I ain’t got time for it.

A quick warning: I’m willing to engage with anyone who disagrees with me in good faith and if the conversation has some point. But if you come at me with any kind of bitch behavior, intentionally misconstruing my words and trying to pick a fight, I will fucking block you.

I wake up every day at 5 am and have a bowl of oatmeal with flaxseed meal, walnuts, cinnamon, and whatever fruit I’m in the mood for that day. It’s wild how long that bowl keeps me full. Pretty sure it’s the fiber content.

I need to make my point very clear: supporting Talarico over Crockett on policy is absolutely fine. You don’t have to (and shouldn’t!) support Crockett *just* because she’s Black. The problem I have is with the weirdos who think this is a sign to ditch Black voters and gloating.

6) if you’re gaming online with friends, let them know ahead of time you’ll be taking breaks roughly every hour to get up and stretch.

4) hydrate! Make sure you’re drinking water as you play. It’s easy to get very into a game and forget to drink water and wonder why you’re feeling so weird.
5) try to sub crunchy snacks with raw veggies!

If you play a lot of games (like me!) here are some tips:

1) for extended play sessions, schedule a reminder on your phone for roughly every hour to stand up and stretch.
2) if you live in an apartment with a staircase, during that break step out and take a walk up and down the stairs. (cont.)

Which is fine, but I’m talking about the absolute malicious treatment she received from Talarico’s surrogates. Criticizing policy is one thing, but the glee that people have shown at her loss is overboard. It makes it come off as much more personal.

It’s not about her policies, but about the vitriol she received during the campaign and even after her loss. People have been dancing on the grave of her campaign with glee and malice.

From the way I see it:

-Platner did know what a Nazi tattoo was, which makes him too incompetent to fight for us or
-Platner knew what it was and kept it until it was exposed while running for office, which means he harbors fascist beliefs and is far too unreliable to fight for us

I think being a dumbass in your past shouldn’t be a scarlet letter. But when you have a literal and unambiguous Nazi tattoo and claim an antisemitic podcast is your jam, then it’s gonna look like a damn pattern. I can see the appeal with James Talarico. Graham Platner is a sentient red flag.

I’ve seen people demeaning Crockett, cheering “the end of identity politics” (as if one of Talarico’s biggest appeals isn’t that he’s a Christian cishet white man who wears his religion on his sleeve) and making fun of Crockett for “being too ghetto” or what have you.

Like I said last night, I really do hope that James Talarico wins the general. But I’m not happy with how Jasmine Crockett losing has emboldened the left into getting a lot more racist and willing to abandon Black voters. Gloating about her loss will do no favors for anyone.

People see a cishet white conventionally attractive Christian saying vaguely progressive things at times and fall over themselves.

We will see what happens in the general election but I personally don’t get good vibes from someone who speaks like that.

Between this and how grotesque his supporters have been, this is a huge red flag.
