This is funny, but sad and scary too.

ICE is very much like the SA was in Nazi Germany right now.

Thanks! I was very happy to find that Yamaha M-80 on FB Marketplace for an amazing price. It is in almost pristine cosmetic condition too.

I recently acquired a 1984 Yamaha M-80 Natural Sound Stereo Power Amplifier.

The 1984 MSRP was $950. It weighs 51 lbs and has 250 WPC at 8 ohms.

Very nice FB Marketplace find! A Sony CDP-XA20ES Compact Disc Player.

This was made from 1998-2000. It was one down from the TOTL ES model and it had an MSRP of $700.

It works perfectly, and is in excellent cosmetic condition. It was an early birthday present for me.

Such an idiot, just parroting Trump's misconceptions about solar power for an audience of one (Trump).

He acts like he has never heard of utility-scale (or even residential) battery storage.

This is so bad. Such a self-own by the Trump Regime. But this is part of the Project 2025 plan.

Not to mention driving the golf cart on the fairway or green (and so close to the ball) seems like a bad thing. It also minimizes what little exercise Trump gets from golfing

There is also a small "Gen-Z" card (which comes with the motherboard) up near the DIMM slots that has one PCIe 5.0 M.2 slot and one PCIe 4.0 M.2 slot, both running at x4.

I favor using my PCIe lanes for storage rather than the GPU. Only having x8 for the GPU is not a problem for me.

This motherboard only has two M.2 slots that are actually on the motherboard. They both support PCIe 5.0 and are connected directly to the CPU.

There is a PCIe 5.0 AIC with one M.2 slot (which comes with the motherboard) that is in the 2nd PCIe slot, running at x4

I am. My motherboard supports a total of five M.2 slots. Four are PCIe 5.0 and one is PCIe 4.0.

If you use all five M.2 slots, the primary PCIe slot (for the GPU) goes down to x8 instead of x16.

FRAME 4000D RS Modular Mid-Tower PC Case - White The CORSAIR FRAME 4000D RS is a fully-modular and spacious mid-tower PC case featuring InfiniRailβ„’ Fan Mounting System and compatible with reverse connector motherboards.

No maintenance with AIO CPU coolers, beyond occasionally redoing the CPU thermal paste. If the AIO gets very old, you might want to replace the liquid.

If I was building an all-new system, I like the Corsair FRAME 4000D RS (which can hold a 360mm AIO radiator).

I'm one BIOS version behind the latest version. Getting XMP/EXPO running stable used to be more of a challenge with older BIOS versions.

I'm so tired of the old, sclerotic, cowardly Democratic "leadership" and campaign consultant class ignoring or attacking Mamdani.

Yet another stupid move by the Trump Regime.

Discouraging international tourism and business travel to the United States is so incredibly shortsighted and self-defeating.

Yes. You do have to periodically run (and maintain) generators that burn fossil fuels.

Gasoline goes bad, even with fuel stabilizer. Diesel fuel also will go bad, but it will last longer than gasoline. Propane does not go bad.

I know some folks who have buried large propane tanks.
