A little over 2 months away from my first trip to Japan (and out of the country, actually) and I'm a huge mix of excited and worried about screwing it up.

The evil eye on his shield! Seeing as Skull’s more humanoid form loses an eye as as becomes skeletal it is tempting to conclude that this is the missing eye but there’s not much SN lore to support it

Skull’s holographic transformation from slightly rotted revenant (with two eyes) to animated skeleton (missing an eye!). As he transforms one eye disappears first which is a lovely touch

Super Naturals Skull! Awesome concept (a rotting Norse pirate zombie turns into one-eyed skeleton warrior with eyeball-themed weapons) but was “Skull” really the best name they could come up with? Ah, Tonka, if only your marketing guys were as talented as your toy designers #vintagetoytuesday

M.A.S.K. Firefly…a dune buggy that turns into a rocket glider. Missing the driver/pilot “Julio Lopez”. I always loved this one for its simplicity, one click and the wings pop out and boom it flies.

A 1993 Playmates Star Trek USS Enterprise D glider. I love how even in the 90s they knew they were catering to adults with the "Collector's Edition" branding.

The nose and body are wine red, while the wings are large blue plastic triangles containing Holographic images of a dragon and eagle, there are 2 Staffs sitting at the rear of the vehicle also with holograms , a kraken is visible in one

The vehicle with its wings and nose opened up for battle mode, to large gold colored canons sit on the inside of each wing, the nose has also opened to reveal a large gold colored cannon underneath

Masters of the Universe Astro-Lion! The mane man! As always with the Meteorbs he’s a little dinky compared to the figures but the scale issues aren’t quite so pronounced with the cats & you can just about imagine him bringing down a Snake Man #vintagetoytuesday

It's a really good show! Season 2 was also a good watch :)
