I didn't draw anything in a while, but I want to post *something*.

So have some digital coloring I did while listening to my daily comprehensible input Spanish.
It's not, like, art, but I just thought it's kinda pretty and cute

Remember how I created this account in order to motivate myself to draw because if I started posting about being an artist and then didn't draw anything at all it would be embarrassing?

So, yeah...

Even though I keep finding excuses for not actually doing that and stalling on actually starting anything :c

If you somehow ended up on this page without knowing me, I specifically started learning to draw in order to make transhet comics, because there's such a massive drought of content in this niche

Well, and since I've started, Svetlana from our one-shot in Call of Cthulhu, math student, doesn't believe in supernatural, lives in lovecraftian world, is afraid of darkness

And Sofia Weber, from one-shot in VTM, a reporter that got turned less than a year ago and has no idea how it all works

You know, what's weird? Both of my major characters have a soft spot for children. Vira got attached to the daughter of other party member and wanted to protect her at all costs, and Maliris gave local street urchin her marked deck so he stopped pickpocketing

What's weird - I *do not* like children

She's also a cardsharp - learned cheating in cards to get money for magical academy - and then got expelled for gambling.

So now she wants to become great on her own to "show them all" - she does a bunch of stuff out of spite, or for a dare

Well and since why not, check out my other favorite character (drawing is from quite a while ago) from our D&D campaign back in Russia

Maliris, a tiefling wizardess, talented, stubborn, loud and expressive and flashy, always tries to have a plan B for any situation, and also kind of Team Mom.

Her sister was a vigilante herself, a Scarlet Shadow, in a famous red cloak. When she was killed, and Vira was framed for it (she blames herself, but only for not protecting her), she took the mantle of Scarlet Shadow herself (cloak not pictured, I came up with it later)

Well, since our Fabula Ultima campaign has fallen apart, I guess I should say goodbye to the character I had - and just a few levels before I could get Duelist Heroic Style :/

The friend (for the record, she's also trans) said that she feels like depictions like that are much more relatable and realistic than, let's say, GG Bridget, but like... there's more than only two options?

I kinda liked Tokyo Godfathers, but portrayal of trans woman lead left me with a bit of a weird aftertaste. Even though Hana herself is very humanized and is not a parody, and her state makes sense, and a friend who recommended this movie has defended this depiction, it still rubbed me the wrong way

Wanted to jump on this bandwagon, but really struggled to find Yulia-coded characters 😔

Usually media prefers giving my personality traits to male characters for some reason (such as Megamind) - and I refuse to call male characters Yulia-coded, no matter how much do I love them

I wonder if anyone ever remembers it. It's from developers of Runaway series, which is by itself is not the most well-known, but compared to it TNBT is freakin' obscure

Replaying the game I played like a decade ago, a lot of nostalgia.
