I liked that book because it let me understand in a different way how people can reason themselves into views that oppose my own, without some event or backstory that made them that way (some people are just selfish arseholes), but I did skip that whole nonsense at the end because ugh.

I had concert tickets in Austria and they save your name with your seats. The person whose name was on the seats had to be with you to enter or they invalidated the tickets and huge fine. They only allowed face value resale through their site. I’m sure people still scalp but it was a good deterrent
