Previous studies of extrachromosomal circular DNA #eccDNA in #plants are based on short-read seq. @vanderschuren-lab.bsky.social uses long-read seq to obtain a map of full-length eccDNAs from #Arabidopsis, identifying their genomic origins & epigenetic regulation @plosbiology.org πŸ§ͺ plos.io/44Mq3RI
