It is a lovely time of year, isn't it? The orange leaves and the dark skies. The crunching underfoot and the inevitability that it's only going to get colder and darker. Such beauty in death.

Anyway! I like playing games. Can I join in?

[She can't quite bring herself to look at Not Desmond. She knows she'll cry. And she promised she wouldn't.]

[She spins around and nearly does a double take.]

[She climbs up the stairs tiredly, able to make out an open door at the end of the dark hallway. Passing by other doors, she can hear voices from inside some of them and she's a bit lonely but she's NOT going to cry, and thank goodness the door at the end leads to an empty room.

She goes inside.]

Okay. Just upstairs? I'm sure I'll be able to find it, in that case...

I guess so.... I don't know any of the people here except Desmond and it seems that none of them are ACTUALLY Desmond.... well not MY Desmond anyway.....

[She briefly wonders if she should just leave. That might not be very safe, though. It's probably a better idea to simply put up with this infuriating woman.]

[Vivienne blinks and looks up. It's too dark to see who's inside... but whoever it is, it's bound to be better to go inside than stay outside all alone? Right?

She doesn't want to think twice. Instead, she pushes through the nearby door. It slams behind her.]
