I had hoped that "high-level" would refer to global thinkers, knowledge, wisdom, and a commitment to solving new problems.
Unfortunately it seems instead to simply refer to those who hold institutional positions. We need thinkers but so far are marginalised.

Let’s think in terms of 'us' and the greater good, with creativity and permission to be rebellious.
Finding our voice becomes more important than pleasing everyone and staying quiet.
