Hangman offering to never challenge unlocked the stip clause.

The idea of Page never being able to challenge again is enough for Max to add a stip.

Hangman wants Texas Death. Max reveals Wednesday. Then they’ll have to agree on something.

If they can’t agree THEN i assume that clause is off.

How I understand it, is Hangman wants a stipulation and Max wants a regular match.

In order to bring Max to the table for a stip match, he is offering the terms that regardless of the stip, if Hangman loses, he won’t challenge for the title ever again.
