Getting a replacement ipad due to my current one being unable to communicate with chargers. It stopped recognizing chargers according to the apple store associate. I'll receive my replacement this week, Lord willing.

I really miss late 80's to late 90's interior design stuff that wasn't afraid of colors, shapes, and textures.
Styles like Utopian Scholastic, Frasurbane, Wacky Pomo, Neon Ooze, and Memphis-Milano.
Everything now is just too boxy and bland, with no whimsy.

This stuff that gets labeled as #90s, the Memphis Milano furniture, jagged text and bold geometry actually began in the 70s as a reaction against the coldness of Modernism. And then in the #80s it fizzled like flash paper and largely departed hip society before the 90s even began.

I'd be so happy if I had just one room like this ♡
