For most of the past two weeks I’ve been all Olympics all the time, today?

The Jays are back, I’m over the Olympics. 🤣

I’ve been watching NCIS from the beginning, for a couple of years now. I saw 13 seasons many years ago, but then got distracted, so I decided to start over and catch up to current times.

I’ve reached the COVID year, strange to see them in masks.

I guess they had to repurpose it for the use it was regularly getting vs something that may occasionally happen.

Oh it has one of those pressurized parachute roof things, right?

Surely that’s the technical term for it? 🤣

I haven’t been there since like early 2000’s. I don’t have much recollection of it.

To make it better for? CFL & MLS?

I am excited about it too. I had thought about going to Dunedin, but remembered the WBC, and figured this would happen.

I did briefly think about going to San Juan, but I’m not doing that either.

Yariel. Who I know is on a minor league deal.

Alejandro, and I think Andres too.

This is 100% the reason I buy my books.

Based on all these WBC announcements, it doesn’t look like many Blue Jays will be at Spring Training.

Completely random thought. I miss TV series being a full season, 6-10 episodes are not enough.

(Easy to see that I’m a baseball fan, 162 games is more my speed 🤣)

I listen to audiobooks in the car, since I’m already doing something else, I tend to focus. (Also helps me avoid road rage 🤣)

Has anyone else seen the Christmas train? I NEVER take the subway, so imagine my surprise when this showed up at the station yesterday on my first subway ride in ages.

The Jays pitcher signings this week has helped a little bit.

It’s definitely a hectic time of year. Work is busy with people trying to fill jobs before the holidays break. We got approval to hire someone for our team (Yay!), but our promising candidate just pulled out of the interview process :(

I miss baseball, even though there are all the Hallmark movies to watch.

Yeah, there wasn’t time to get to know them at all. It was all presented as fact rather than discovered.

I trained my algorithms well to give me mostly baseball content.
