Look, these guys signed on to coach sports, not be a GM and deal with $$$. I completely understand his issues. He isn't the first to say something like this and I admire him for deciding to leave; he could have stayed on and collected his 2.7M for subpar work. This "new way" isn't for everyone.

I think it was just an indicator that their egos had gotten too big. Those egos were their downfalls.
