Hi sally, I'm doing ok, apart from needing my gallbladder removed, I've lost over 2 stone in weight in about 8 weeks and that is without trying. It's so painful but good news is I have seen a surgeon, and I am now on a waiting list for surgery.

I spot men doing it all of the time and I think how would you feel if someone did this to you? I'm very conscious of not doing it.
