I eat 2 tortillas torn up and scrambled with probably like 1/2 cup sweet potatoes (cubed and microwaved) and 2 eggs. Sometimes I put an allium. Sometimes I use Ethiopian spiced oil (what's your name vegan niter kibbe? I forget). In a pinch something other than sweet potatoes.

I ate oatmeal every day for approximately 8 years until one day I woke up and somehow didn't want it. Now it's a reliable backup in the rare case there are no eggs or no tortillas and I can't have the breakfast I've been eating for about 12 years since The Day I Didn't Want Oatmeal.
