Do you ever revisit a conversation you had over and over, wishing you could have said something differently? Wishing you stood up for yourself, pointed things out that you forgot to say or wishing you never spoke at all?

I find myself constantly replaying convos in my head that I can never change.

My mother is/was raised by a narcissist & it damaged her. She has no selfesteem & to admit the damage shes caused me, it would break her. But she was never & will never be the mom I needed her to be. She will always hurt me in order to fulfill her own wants. And Ive had to find acceptance with that.

Does anyone else have family that sweep the painful things they’ve done under the rug? They tell you to “let it go” bc they are the ones that caused the pain, not IN pain. They act like nothing ever happened & expect you to do the same…and you just cant😔

Recently, it was brought to my attention that my ex is grandstanding on social media. Meaning, they are trying to appear to be someone they are not. They are trying to appear honest, compassionate, caring, God fearing & anything else their latest conquest would want. 👇 #narcissist

But some are so quick to jump into love because their hearts are radiant & full. Be careful, lovebirds. A trickster can only fool you for so long. Be vigilant🔎
