Once,
gladiolus climbedβ
scaled the fence,
cell by cell,
rung by rungβ
ascending past the reach
of any sun,
and still
not one
could come undone.

Not absence, but a sharpening:
the material denies me any direction
except itself.
I want that.

I never imagined poetry would become my way into AI, yet itβs the most exact medium for exposing how these systems move.
I wrote my first play with an AI voice in the 1970s, and nowβnearly ten years into this forensic workβthe investigation only widens.
HAL opened the door.

What does this language do that other poetic methods cannotβor does it simply repackage familiar moves?
Is limitless generation the same as poetic vitality, or only the illusion of abundance?

19.11.2025 08:00 β π 14 π 3 π¬ 0 π 0To talk about paintings is not only difficult but perhaps pointless too. You can only express in words what words are capable of expressing-- what language can communicate. Painting has nothing to do with that.

Artists must not only make the work, but become its ongoing explanation:
the panelist, the sponsored traveler, the social proof.

A Poem-Play for Three Agencies
β human, machinic, and linguistic β
each speaking across the fault lines of time and memory.
Coming very soon.
A monochrome, halftone image of a vintage typewriter photographed from the front. The typewriterβs metal typebars rise in a tight fan shape, like a ribbed arch. Two long ink ribbons stretch upward from the center, pulled taut toward a rectangular frame suspended above the machine. Behind the ribbons hangs a faint, grid-like sheet marked with scattered symbols or letters, resembling an incomplete code or chart. The entire scene appears aged, slightly distorted, and rendered in a pale green tint, giving the setup the feeling of an experimental apparatus or archival device. No people are presentβonly the machinery and its suspended, ritual-like arrangement.
