She promptly spoke to the Pilot who saw the seriousness of the situation and acted on it. They reparked & offloaded me and my luggage .
I'm so overwhelmed by the care they showed me . Even all the passengers were so sweet and didn't crib at the extreme delay caused by this.

Amazing Indigo humanitarian staff . My flight was just leaving the bay I got a call from the hospital in that my elderly Dad was in ICU for an Emergency critical surgery and I was required. I requested flight attendant Neha to offload me.(Continued in comments)
