Decades of global interactions, exchange of scholarship, exposure of U.S. students/scholars/citizens to new ways of thinking - eliminated by the State Department. The Board had no other choice than to resign. This former Fulbright Scholar is deeply saddened for the 200 cancelled 2025-6 awardees.
