Undoing: the Daughters of Arcane presents a writing and spot art preview. The fic is titled "the first rays on the water"; it was written by taq (taq on AO3) and the spot art for it was made by kitsalad (kitsalad on Twitter). The excerpt from the fic is the following: Caitlyn moves in the middle of a clearing. Sunlight flows across the stone, the low rays of the afternoon light catching on the swish of a midnight ponytail. None of that would be distracting at another time, on another day, in another world, but Mel’s breath catches in her throat because she has seen those forms before.
