I have *finally* updated my business's website so it reflects what I do rather than what I thought I would do 4 years ago when I launched it.

I have a trick to reduce my phone time! I kept finding myself zoning out scrolling for dopamine.

Setting the screen to black and white makes doomscrolling and games unappealing - but I can still see work/school messages etc and use accessibility apps. I've set this mode up for 10-4 daily now. #ADHD
